Will not fit in microwave with update

Lamps work well and are bright enough. However, the silicone around the LEDs is too thick and not suitable for some applications like my microwave. We kept them and just cut off some silicone to make them fit. Hopefully there will be a redesign in the future. Excellent quality. Update June 25, 2020 So my original score was a 4 due to the bulb fit. Three months later I had to replace one of the lamps because it no longer worked. The LEDs are supposed to last "forever" and I got three monthsโ€ฆ

Works as described and very satisfied!

We had G8 halogen bulbs (16 in 6 lights). I figured the entire fixture would need to be replaced to install LED lighting, so I was very happy to stumble across it. I bought white onions which are more natural to me. Sometimes it was difficult to line up the pins with their holes, but I managed. Our flashlights have a high/off/low rocker switch. We are very happy with the new lamps. There is a spot above the sink where I left 1 halogen bulb with LED bulbs on the sides; This allows us to see theโ€ฆ

Working, may require modification

These headlights work as expected. The outer material is soft silicone, which worked great for me. I have a Samsung microwave and the socket in the box used the same type of bulbs, but the glass on the standard bulbs was square to fit the socket. These bulbs didn't have long enough wires, and even if they did, it wouldn't be safe to leave them plugged in. Because it's a soft silicone, I was able to trim the silicone just enough (while still leaving some electronics coating on the bulb) for itโ€ฆ
