Lekesky Carrier Backpack Expandable Foldable Review

Beautiful design! It's great for small pets. I received many compliments in the vet lobby. My 9kg cat was perfectly seated and was able to sit and lie down with no problems. However, if you're anything over 10-11 pounds, backpack mode can get tight. It was comfortable to carry on the back. The only thing I didn't like was part of the trim on the back of the pop-up which looked like it would wear off over time (I used a lighter to seal it).

I really like it as an alternative to traditional hard plastic pet carriers. I like that there are multiple holes so I can easily fit my cats in. My cats also find it more comfortable as it's soft rather than cold hard plastic. A great option, you can slide the back to have more space inside. And I LOVE that there are so many meshes here so I can easily check on my kitten when I'm out and about and it gives me peace of mind since my kittens hate car trips (to the vet). It's MUCH easier to carry

Took the cat on the plane. The rear seat carry option failed because the underbody was not structurally intact. The cat was too stuck, there was no support from the ground to keep it straight. I then carried it but it has no hand carry options, only back straps. My hands ached from discomfort and pain as I walked through airports to the gate. Not easy to put under the seat. I had to squeeze and slide it uncomfortably. The pet carrier is big when it's on the floor and the cat got in, no problem,

So I like this carrier and it's quite roomy for my 15lb cat especially when it's unfolded but he's a smart boy and as there is no added security he was able to zip the top open and get out. This caused the cat on the plane to lose connection and my four hour flight was spent keeping it closed so he couldn't open it again. I was able to zip up the large holes at the bottom and top, but the other two (the front door and the door located above the mesh) are just zips, so I couldn't close them…

This bag was perfect for flying and transporting our pup. The expandable compartment was perfect and gave her enough space to lie down. My only two complaints are the lack of storage compartments in the bag and it's difficult to clean. Being a backpack means you're limited as to what you can take on the plane and it would be nice if the bag had room for groceries, bottled water and the like. Since the flight was over 5 hours, we expected her to have an accident, so we put puppy pads in the bag.
