This pan feels brittle and oily. Difficult to clean. The banana bread is still sticking to the bottom. I do not recommend this product.

I never thought silicone molds could be this awesome to work with! The bread does not stick to the molds and is therefore very easy to remove. When it's that easy to demould, your bread looks delicious too!

I love this pan. I've made several cakes in it, including banana bread, and they all turned out beautifully. I pre-lubricate the form with a small amount of butter or vegetable oil. Leave to cool for 10 minutes after baking. and invert the pan to remove the cake or loaf. Cakes come out easily! This pan is made from 100% platinum silicone, the highest quality silicone with no added ingredients. Easy to use and easy to clean. High quality product and highly recommended.

I would not buy this product! I love silicone molds, but without the side supports on the bread pan, your bread will look like an oblong ball! I have tried to contact the manufacturer since purchasing their product in the past but the previous loaf pan had some supports on the sides to give it a real loaf pan! but no answer! Take your time and check out other silicone bread pans and make sure there are side supports so your bread bakes into a loaf and not a ball!
