Stop buying LEM

Received, two batches of Jerky cooked, now without heating and only showing off the ER1. Doesn't turn on and do nothing, now the weight of the paper is $80.

Nice and compact for the kitchen and dining room

I was a bit surprised at how small the dehydrator looked, but it's actually very compact. It holds a lot of what you are trying to dry! We love it!

small but fine

I have several dehydrators in different sizes and designs, the largest of which is an expensive commercial device. This is the smallest I have. Shelves are not very deep and cannot hold much. It's fine for drying herbs and anything that can be cut and laid flat, but anything bulky will put pressure on the tray above. Tray liners are not very good. They curl up at the corners, don't lie flat, and don't reach the edge of the tray. They had to be the same shape and heavy enough to lay flat. You…

Depending on what you're drying, this can be good or painful.

I have 2 different models of round dehydrators and have had several others in the past. There was a time when hard times happened to us and we dried everything we could and that was really a blessing. Venison, dried cabbage and carrots for soup, dried okra for gumbo, a dehydrator is great if you hate to throw away your food. I just always had round ones and hated the fact that they were round because it seemed like a waste of counter space. The fact that it's square and has a timer is really…
