No spatter like an old fashioned hammer tenderizer

Bought one for myself and one for my dad. We used to tenderize venison. No spatter like an old fashioned hammer softener. Easy and fast. It would be, but again.

Cons

Made to last

Most meat tenderizers are made with plastic gears that break over time. The gears of this meat tenderizer are made of metal. I've been using this device for a long time and have never had any problems with it. I would recommend it to my friends.

Pros
  • Kitchen and dining room
Cons
  • Minor issues

The teeth of the meat grinder that the meat goes through are not in line when the handle hits the side when turning B. on the meat grinder, the clamp doesn't protrude far enough, making it difficult to stay attached to the table or counter when the meat goes through the tenderizer. I do not recommend this product (cheap) :(

Pros
  • Kitchen utensils and utensils
Cons
  • Small parts

Slipping Gears: Meat & Poultry Tools

The bushings on the rollers are plastic and will cause the gears to slip, requiring you to squeeze them to make them work. My brother took it apart and showed me the uneven bushings and put them in a different way. He said it might work a little better now, but since these are plastic bushings, they most likely won't hold up. I'll probably send it back if it still doesn't work.

Pros
  • Meat Tenderizer
Cons
  • Low Repairability
