Previously ordered from another ebay seller and the cartridge was leaking and my printer didn't recognize it. They offered a refund but only after I sent them photos of the leaking cartridge. After that they returned the money. Both cartridges worked great straight out of the pod and still seem to be printing just fine. The delivery wasn't the fastest but the product is good. Would buy again. The price was fair for color and black cartridges.

I am so disappointed. I ordered this mascara before my other one ran out. I just installed it a month and a half after purchasing the product so the window on my refund and return options has closed. My printer does not recognize this ink cartridge. After each print I have to open it, take it out, put it back in, have the device calibrated, and then I can print a sheet of paper. I will never buy this product again.

The first set of cartridges that only allowed my printer to read color. Black not recognized. I ordered a replacement, then only black worked, but not colored. Left two working ones, sent back the broken ones. Revain's replacement policy and return process at least made it easy. Both times delivered next day with Prime too, at no extra charge, so here's the thing. The ink quality is not very good, the printouts are fuzzy.

These didn't work - I missed the return window because I ordered them before they ran out - wish I'd looked at the 'chip' sooner - one look told me it was set up wrong - i kept trying and of course it didn't work - i tried everything but you could still tell it was wrong to begin with - $40 down the drain!

IN THE PAST I HAVE PURCHASED MANY OTHER LABELS THAT MID NOT FIT, HAD ERRATIC INK DISTRIBUTION, NOT WORKING AT ALL, OR SPLASHED. This is the best ink I have ever bought online from a refurbished MARKET. It is wonderful and I will always order from this company. Why look anywhere else? It ticks all the key boxes we look for in ink and is affordable. It took me 25 years to find the right ink. but that's how I found it.

Waste of time and money. I tried 3 different black cartridges from this company and all 3 said the ink cartridge was previously used and not working. DO NOT BUY!

I wish I could give zero stars. They didn't work and broke my printer! They didn't register on my HP Officejet 4650 and the black cartridge spilled ink all over my printer and destroyed it. Don't buy these unless you want to spend money and wreck your printer!

This product definitely does not work with the HP 3830. I have tried others. Black plastic does not settle outside. Unfortunately I couldn't return it as I had already opened it and removed the seal.
