The quality of these cables was fantastic. easy connection of the cable. I returned them because they weren't compatible with my Forney welder, but other than that it was a great product.

Size not listed so ordered blind to see if they fit. The tip is .32" and the base is .35" but my welder needs at least .36" so they were loose and I returned them. But they appeared to be high quality plugs.

Stable construction, but difficult to attach plastic protection with thick wire. The clamping screw protrudes with the thick wire and does not let the cover through. I tightened the screw, then grounded the head, then installed the cap and head screw. My suggestion would be that the manufacturer includes two set screws. Worked great on my blue Miller box. One last note, although I used it on 1/0 you can use it on 2/0. one piece.

This product is to fit Airco Wasp AC/DC 225/200 amp welder/generator from the 1970's. The particular SMAW machine I use these connectors on was made by Miller in 1974 for air reduction. The gauge of weld wire that these connectors mate with is 4 gauge by 1/0. To use it on 1 gauge or larger cable, the plastic end of the cable entry must be cut off at the appropriate notch.
