What a mess. I bought/received this beautiful tablet 3 weeks ago. I definitely liked the look and loved the Alexa dock it came with. Seems like a cool bonus. I didn't know what to expect. The first thing I noticed was that the docking station and tablet kept losing connection with Bluetooth. I had to press the bluetooth button and hopefully it just synced. In most cases I had to go into the tablet settings. Turn Bluetooth off and on again so they can find each other. After all, I said forget…

Update: after 4! Weeks of lousy/non-existent communication with Lenovo and I finally turned to Revain for help. Lenovo sent me a broken tablet through Revain, Lenovo found out it was a broken tablet, they had MY MONEY and my brand new MY BROKEN DEVICE for repair for over 4 weeks, I called once a week to check the status, and was always told by the escalation team manager will call me back...still waiting for that. Pros: - Hardware. For the price, the hardware specs are very good and the overall quality seems very good too. I like the slim profile but it worries me when my son uses it. Disadvantages: white spots on the display are washed off. Instead of white, it's more of a soft white, similar to the soft white light from an incandescent bulb.
