Perfect for taking notes

I needed a simple pen to use on my Lenovo Yoga 720 to take notes during class and that's exactly what I was looking for. I can open PowerPoint during the lecture and write directly on the slides. The only thing I don't like is the layout of the keys because sometimes I accidentally press them while typing and pull out the eraser. Other than that, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a basic pen!

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • unreliable

"720 compatible " my left foot

The grip doesn't seem to be a problem IF IT WERE PLUGED IN. I have a Yoga 720 as the product name suggests; but after many hours in forums and help pages and a whole novella in brightly colored language: nada. I tried to reorder it, thinking it was just defective, but that didn't work either. The Active Pen 2 seems to fit perfectly with most of Lenovo's touchscreen products, but I couldn't even find videos of this version, leading me to believe that Lenovo is just trying to sell the latest very

Incorrect product information!

This stylus will NOT work with the Lenovo Flex 5 (IdeaPad) Chromebook. And it only seems to work with MicrosoftOS. At first it is supposed to connect via BlueTooth but my computer couldn't detect it. I checked online and found that this is not one of the active pens compatible with my laptop and even the troubleshooting mechanisms on the Lenovo website were designed to support Microsoft OS which my computer does not support. Finally, the product manual contains product information and assemblyโ€ฆ

Works with Pixelbook

I already have a Pixelbook pen but thought it was cheap enough to just try it out. Here's what I found during testing. The lag is a little more than the Pixelbook Pen, but not enough to make it annoying to use. The pressure sensitivity works great with the Lenovo Pen. At least it doesn't do anything with the Pixelbook. Pairing is not required and you can easily switch between them. One of the buttons on the Lenovo grip activates Google Assistant, the other does nothing and cannot be programmed.

Works with Yoga 720

Powered by Lenovo Yoga 720. The box advertises that it supports 2048 pressure levels. It also comes with 3 spare nibs, a nib puller, a USB pen holder and a AAAA battery. No pairing required - just hold up to the screen and draw. My only criticism is that the tip is a bit short compared to most digitizer pens. Does not affect usability. Tip: If you need to replace an AAAA battery faster than Revain can ship it to you, contact your local pharmacy. 3 images: one shows the specs of the box, theโ€ฆ

  • Little things

I bought this pen for the Lenovo Miix 700 64GB/4GB version. I uninstalled Windows 10 Home and reinstalled Windows 10 Enterprise. The stylus was recognized immediately without having to install any additional Lenovo drivers (stupid bloat) and works great in OneNote. I did some amateur sketches in AutoDesk SketchBook and it was responsive and accurate. The nib has a very pleasant weight, which gives it an excellent look. Both apps I used the pen with had automatic palm recognition and provided aโ€ฆ

Great pen, great price, but check compatibility!

Reviewtldr; I was looking for a $70 alternative to Bamboo Ink and decided to give it a try. Overall very satisfactory, despite initial doubts. Pros: - Easy setup, ready to use almost immediately. - Comes with 3 interchangeable tips with interchangeable tools, one AAAA battery and a small laptop holder that fits into the USB port. I'm using it on a Lenovo Yoga 720 13" and it works like a dream, responding very well to Adobe apps (PS, AE, PR) and Microsoft apps like Fresh Paint and One Note. Very
