Easy setup and it works with my T14s 20XG (with Ryzen 5850U processor). Also works with my M1 MBP. This device works flawlessly with two 28" 4k monitors and my 5th Gen Lenovo Carbon x1. However, it does not work with any laptop other than Lenovo. I tried this with Dell and it didn't work.

It works fine except it flickers every now and then and I have to wiggle the power cord or internet cable and it works again.

I connected 3 different laptops to the device and they all worked. Dell Latitude 5490 worked after downloading drivers from Lenovo website. That was the hardest part. driver search! (A firmware update was also required) Two laptops could use (and charge) USB-C. Another had to use a USB-A adapter. Extended desktop use on 3 screens (internal laptop and a pair of Dell monitors with DisplayPort and HDMI) Very satisfied.

First the HDMI port was not recognized. Then my external monitor kept turning on and off and my Lenovo laptop kept rebooting. Now audio on my computer only works when I use Bluetooth headphones. Fix errors now. I fully expect more bugs. I updated the drivers and am following Lenovo's hidden instructions through forum complaints from other suffering customers. Only owned the dock for a few hours and regret the wasted money.

Perfect fit for Lenovo ThinkPad. After downloading the drivers from the company's website pasted on the bottom of the dock and checking the screen mirroring setting, I was able to use them on a Toshiba laptop and MacBook Air with USB.

To be honest it worked great and was easy to install. It is very disappointing that after 2 months it just broke and would not connect to any device, monitor or computer. Just finished. If I was spending $50 I wouldn't care, but the fact that I lost almost $300 and it's already broken is really disappointing.

I was able to connect it to both my Dell Inspiron 5520 and the X1 Carbon. Both of these worked well. I tried connecting to the Chromebook, everything worked there too.

A bit pricey but my company decided it's the best docking station for Mac and Lenovo. Requires DisplayLink software. But it works and that's the main thing.

This was a good solution for my Lenovo laptop. This means I can part with my office job without any problems. It offers plenty of ports to connect to my monitors, hard drives, phone and audio accessories without having to constantly plug and unplug cables and power adapters.

I was looking for a dock that would support multiple generations of Thinkpad laptops (T480, T460, T450), Dell desktops and LG ultrawide monitors. After 6 months he just pissed me off, didn't work at all. They took it to a repair shop and said the cable wasn't Lenovo and that's why it failed. It's common to sell a branded product with non-branded accessories to save money and make it fail in the future.

I took a gamble that this would be compatible with the ThinkPad X1 Yoga Gen 5, and it is. Most importantly, the USB-C cable connecting the laptop and docking station actually charges the laptop. I had to return the much cheaper standard dock because the USB-C cable wouldn't charge when plugged into a cheaper non-Lenovo dock. In addition, it was sent to me very quickly even without a rush order. Very satisfied.

This product worked for me straight away. I had an issue with the phone connection but it may have been our switch to VoIP happening at the same time. The only problem is that I don't understand why it's so expensive. But it does the trick!

I bought this to project the image from my Lenovo laptop onto two external monitors. It stopped working after a few weeks and all the driver and firmware updates in the world couldn't fix it. Stay away, you're better off with a cheap dock, don't waste your money on it

This product is advertised as brand new but does not come in the original Lenovo packaging and seal. There's no way to check if it's been used before unless it's in sealed packaging.
