Great docking station for working from home

This docking station allowed me to place my work laptop in my home office with my home PC and use my existing two high-resolution monitors. I like the number of USB and other ports available - plenty of room for expansion with peripherals. I also like PC Power Pass-Through, which allows me to connect my laptop to the station with a single cable that delivers both power and data. Sleek design with beautiful red highlights.

Causes frequent dimming of monitors and delayed mouse and keyboard input.

I tried using this docking station with two monitors, both 1080p with HDMI cables connected to my Lenovo Thinkpad laptop. However, it is basically useless. Monitors turn off for a few seconds several times an hour and keyboard and mouse inputs are delayed. Do a Google search for this docking station on the Lenovo support forums and see how many others are complaining about the same issue. It's a waste of money, don't buy it.

Works like a champ!

He does whatever he has to do. It was all pug and play. My Lenovo E15 is connected via USB-C and powers everything through the dock. Very cool technology, this USB-C thing. I connected two 4K monitors and they work great. Very satisfied.

Didn't look new when I first opened the box, doesn't work at all either.

I was so excited to get this for work from home. It's the same one I have in my office. However, it doesn't work at all, and the instructions say nothing. very disappointed.

They charged me a 40% restocking fee for returning an item that didn't work properly.

I will never deal with them again. I returned an item that didn't work as described and received a huge commission. I already mentioned that I will never deal with them again. Please be careful.

Charging aborted after 6 weeks

The docking station does not charge the laptop. Go to page 5 of its user guide. The description of the product here is confusing as it implies there is a charge for it. Firmware update unsuccessful. I have a Lenevo laptop: IdeaPad Flex 5 15IIL05 with Windows 10 (64).

never worked Beware of refurbished devices.

Not too interested in buying this from BecTech Global. It never worked and when I called tech support they wanted to transfer me and hung up after waiting at least 20 minutes to speak to anyone. Maybe it was badly renovated or something, I'm not sure. I have another one almost exactly the same that works pretty well, but this one was complete rubbish. Nothing but a headache.

Garbage for 2020 in my rating.

I don't know how to connect two Dell 2k monitors. HDMI gives me 2k for one and HD for the other. When I open the laptop to use the third screen I have 3 HD monitors. I have a T480 but the idea of it being compatible with a specific Lenovo is silly. I ordered 2 video connection cables. we will see. Garbage for 2020
