The dock has good build quality , many ports, but is not 100% compatible with the Lenovo Yoga C930. This is a well designed product designed for the Lenovo Thinkpad line of notebook computers. I bought it to use with the new Carbon X1 Gen 6 that Lenovo sold before the Gen 7. UPDATE 2: Coming back to 3 stars, I found that the main issue is that if you touch the TB3 cable even a little bit (between dock and laptop), the sync fails. Given the number of dropout complaints here and on Reddit, I suspect it's an issue with the TB3 connector on the back of the dock, which isn't isolated to me.
