Terrible Touchscreen Keyboard with Fingerprint Scanner

As a result of using this product, I found that the keyboard is slow and constantly misses keystrokes, making typing a frustrating experience. The fingerprint scanner is also unreliable, often failing to recognize my fingerprint and causing me to manually enter my password.

Battery not as advertised

I just bought a new one. After charging the laptop, I noticed that the battery does not last long. I charged it a second time and it only lasted 3 hours before it died again. For a laptop that says you can use it for 10 hours, I feel stupid believing that.

I received a defective item from Courage Deals seller

I have this Bought product in December 2020 and used it 3 times in January before it stopped charging. I tried all recovery options, nothing helped. I contacted the seller on January 31, 2021 and he replied on February 1, 2021 telling me it could be a manufacturing defect. I should check with Lenovo support or return the item. I contacted Lenovo support and was told the board is defective. I then contacted the seller to return it, he told me the last day to return it was January 31st. Theโ€ฆ
