Grozny. Poor image quality, lack of software and built-in Windows support. The image is low resolution and blurry. The picture is upside down. There is no built-in microphone. My 12 year old Logitech is much better. I doubt it's even Lenovo. For me, Revain was a disappointing place to shop. The only saving grace is their return policy.

I was able to set up Windows Hello facial recognition so easily that I can now sign in hands-free in less than a second. I wasted two weeks trying to get this Lenovo webcam to work with my Lenovo laptop. Blurry video, poor resolution and just not acceptable. The only good reminder is that the company was very quick to respond to returns with no questions asked and provided an unported return label. must have had a lot of experience. I remember seeing a lot of reviews saying this thing doesn't work for a lot of people but I decided to take a chance since it's only $35 cost and it was Lenovo.
