Great computer for the price. Gave one to every kid in school. My complaint is that my daughter's p-key fell off on day one. I'll email the seller to see what happens.

I like that a lot 2-1. I've been messing around with a slow laptop for several years, not knowing if my problem is with the device or my internet. It was clearly the same machine. It's lightning fast, very responsive, and light enough to use as a tablet. My only problem is the ME problem. I'm not sure how to use the mouse pad with the buttons on top and how to use the MIDDLE button which has something to do with scrolling and seems to work with the red button in the middle of the keyboard. Sounds like a great PC but I won't buy it refurbished again. The computer failed to download several emails - fatal errors have occurred in Windows. Not the best thing to do with a computer on day one. Too bad - I think I would have liked it. Great size and features - just doesn't work properly.

I bought this laptop for school and I love it, it's so easy to use! The only problem I've noticed is that the battery tends to get hot when charging! The seller was very helpful and easy! The battery lasts about 9 hours with average use!
