Lenox 845276 Tuscany Classics Champagne Review

glasses exactly the size I was looking for, I have arthritis and can't hold wide glasses. The problem is a small indentation at the bottom of the glass. There may be a reason for this, but which one? It collects soapy water in a dishwasher that doesn't drain, so I have at least a teaspoon of water at the bottom of each glass instead of dry glasses.

Two flutes were broken on arrival; When I contacted Revain I was directed to the Lenox product support site. After spending a lot of time browsing this site to leave a question on how to get a replacement, they sent me a message saying I'm not entitled to a replacement because I didn't buy directly from them. Then they offered to sell me a replacement. 4 flutes that survived the delivery are fine, beautiful, good size.

I dropped a glass about 60cm when I opened the package and it shattered everywhere. They don't rattle particularly pleasantly when touched, and all glasses have a sticker that is very difficult to remove and leaves an annoying residue (I dropped the glass trying to remove the sticker). I think I should have looked for something nicer in the high-end segment as I'll admit they were reasonably priced compared to other options.

Very good glasses for the price. I ordered some kits for the event and unboxed them the same day as the event - figured I could quickly wash/rinse and be good. Not so fast. They were packaged very nicely, the jars were not damaged and they are beautiful. However, there is a sticker on each glass with details of the glass/cut etc. If I just had to pull the sticker out it would be ok, but I had to clean, dig, soak etc. each glass to get the sticker off. This rating applies to these glasses and the matching Lenox Tuscany Classics white wine glasses. I cannot recommend them because they are too brittle. White wine glasses about 3 months ago. Of the 8 glasses, 3 remained intact. One broke when I took it out of the box after receiving it. Last week, sipping from one of the white wine glasses, it felt like my fingers got wet as I picked up the glass. I ordered this set of six Lenox flutes after one of my previous four broke in the wash. They all arrived safely in their original packaging; However, I promptly broke one, this time while waiting to be washed in a soapy sink. Not that I deal with them.
