Two flutes were broken on arrival; When I contacted Revain I was directed to the Lenox product support site. After spending a lot of time browsing this site to leave a question on how to get a replacement, they sent me a message saying I'm not entitled to a replacement because I didn't buy directly from them. Then they offered to sell me a replacement. 4 flutes that survived the delivery are fine, beautiful, good size.
