I have tried many others but this Leofoto Lep-02 panoramic tripod may or should be the best on the market. Hard to find in the US. eBay direct sales are scamming you with this product - stay away. Use Revain and other Revain lands. I received it used but it came like new. Its handling goes beyond precision... get it and forget the other known ones.

I bought this panorama head because it looked cool and I knew I could use it for something. I do digiscoping and this is perfect, strong enough to hold binoculars and a camera. The head is smooth and precise, the build quality is excellent. I also like doing macro photography and again it's perfect. I wanted more control and it looked good. I have several other Leofoto elements and I like them all. When tuning you have to be careful what you do, you can get it wrong just as easily as with all the panorama heads. I tightened the base of the rotator with the supplied Allen wrench. Not a big deal as the temperature change during shipping and the expansion of the metal in the aluminum can stretch the filament.
