I don't know how these spare parts are different, but my vacuum cleaner became terribly noisy on the tiles. Sure, it used to be a little louder on the tile, but now it sounds like something is rattling like crazy in the vacuum. It's so loud my kids and husband keep turning it off! I want to buy original Eufy parts.

Generally good value for money. You can get some of most replacement parts for a pretty good price. Everything fits very well and works perfectly. After 2 months, however, the projection on the roller brush suddenly broke off. It looks like some hair got underneath and ruined part of it. I've been using the original reel for over a year with no problems.

I would steer clear of this if you buy this for Eufy. I cleaned everything, swapped out all the parts and put the roller in place and after a few days my Eufy started making the most horrible noises. Just totally unacceptable rattling and knocking. Couldn't even use it. Put the old roller in and the noise was gone! So obviously they're just not big enough to not sit properly in the slots. I have a Eufy RoboVac 11s (Slim) Details *sort of* match perfectly. However, the rotating brush makes a terribly loud rattling noise. Actually I thought my favorite Eufy was damaged so I contacted Eufy support. After troubleshooting, they narrowed the problem down to a spinning brush and a guard. This is the second pack of filters and brushes we have purchased, the previous pack we purchased from another manufacturer and it did not fit perfectly. change every detail to make it fit well. All filters and brushes from this set of manufacturers fit perfectly! They look and feel just like the OEM and are a bit more expensive compared to other cheaper kits I've bought. I will buy from this company again when the time comes to order another set.

This is my fault, but be sure to check the vacuum cleaner model you are ordering parts for. We have a Eufy RoboVac 30C Max and I didn't realize the 30C parts didn't fit the 30C Max. It was only when I ran out of filters from a previous order that I tried one from this group and found it didn't fit. It's long past the return date so I don't have the $20. parts were of high quality. I have replaced sweepers, roller brush, roller brush plate and filter. However, when my vacuum cleaner started to work, it was much louder than usual and also made a rattling noise. I've narrowed the rattling down to a roller brush.
