Rattling noise - Wrong size rotary brush

I have a Eufy RoboVac 11s (Slim) Details *sort of* match perfectly. However, the rotating brush makes a terribly loud rattling noise. Actually I thought my favorite Eufy was damaged so I contacted Eufy support. After troubleshooting, they narrowed the problem down to a spinning brush and a guard. The rattling only occurs on hard floors, but my goodness, it's LOUD. I had no problems with filters or side brushes. I bought this pack as I was in dire need of a new brush (my old one was covered in hair - awful!)
