This sweater was a good weight, not too heavy and the material was very soft. My son is skinny and he swam in this sweater, his arms are very long, his chest is too big for him. It keeps growing but doesn't fill up, so unfortunately this fit won't work. I love the clothes of this brand, their quality is impeccable. This is the first sweater and it was too big.

The size 4 and 5 hoodies I ordered for my granddaughters were soft and the hood was comfortable. I was looking for a red 100% cotton sweatshirt for my kid who loved Coco from Disney Pixar and wanted to dress like Miguel. Pure cotton is important to me as we live in tropical Florida and breathable fabrics are a must. FYI: This sweatshirt has a fleece look on the inside, not like the lightweight spring or resort sweatshirts you sometimes find.
