Runs a little small. I run Small or Medium on most brands, Medium fits a t-shirt, although not quite snug, but not enough to go back I don't think. If you want a lighter fit, go up a size. I'm 5ft 3in, dress size 6, 36D, waist <28in.

There is nothing wrong with this jacket! However, I would order a size up if you want to layer your underwear. It is also possible to order in men's size.
