Great Product: Ceiling Fans and Accessories

This is a dimmer for ceiling fans. It is exactly as described. I have read numerous reviews of other dimmers and many have said they are cheap. This is a quality product.

Pros
  • Integrated R/T Filter
Cons
  • Unreliable

Makes a humming noise in the ceiling fan

I have a Hunter fan and removed the remote control because I couldn't find a speed I liked between the three speeds. It works but the fan is humming so I don't use it anymore.

Pros
  • Trimatron full range fan speed controller
Cons
  • Infuriates

Top of the range in ceiling fans and accessories

This is a ceiling fan dimmer. It is exactly as described. I have read numerous reviews of other dimmers and many have said they are cheap. This is a quality product.

Pros
  • Rotary dimmers are designed to fit the narrowest single wall enclosures
Cons
  • Some small things

Bait and Switch Lighting and Ceiling Fans

Product description and photo include fairing (and various finishes). I shrugged and drove 35 miles back and forth to the hardware store to buy my own pad. When I got home I found that the location of the mounting screws on the controller didn't match the stock pad I bought. Waste of my time and money!

Pros
  • Trimatron Full Range Fan Speed Control
Cons
  • Just About All Right
