the product was as expected and arrived on time. I used it to plug a hole left over from an old safe in a closet. This did the job perfectly!

Nothing to say about the socket cover but I got this version because I installed a Wi-Fi hotspot on it and needed a non flexible version. This worked great - if you drill through one of these, do it very carefully and slowly to avoid breaking it.

Overall size met specifications. The edges are well formed and rounded. The plate did not bend or warp when pulled out with 6 screws. The supplied screws were the right length with the right heads. There is nothing negative to say about this product.

Since I painted the walls a certain color 25 years ago and today it is almost impossible to reproduce the holes in the same color after filling them, it was easier to just cover the holes with a plate. Professional looking result!

I bought this plate to modify for a project I was working on. I had to drill a few holes in it. The plate broke on the first hole and I had to go the other way. I've done this on many other occasions with no problems, so this came as a bit of a surprise to me. The plate is a little thin and made of hard plastic. Fit for purpose, but drilling holes is not good.

I used this as a base for my thermostat and it worked well. Please note that it is very fragile and will break like glass if you pierce it with a drill. I had to take my time, I used a dremel drill bit to cut out the 1x1 section for the thermostat wires and when I drilled through the cut piece it split so I knew I had to be careful with the wall panel. to the wall after carefully drilling holes for the thermostat bracket and all was well. Cheaper than in BIG BOX stores.
