This is a must have if you're buying Leviton AESS5 speakers (which are excellent btw). It allows you to mount the speaker to a wall or ceiling without cutting a hole larger than the faceplate of a standard sized outlet. In my new house, the cables and bezels were already installed, so all I had to do was attach the speaker to the Leviton plate and attach the plate to the low-voltage box with two screws. And they look great. Can't wait to have the same setup in my basement once it's done!

This product is ridiculously priced ($20 each, not 5) BUT they do the job if you have JBL [Leviton AEH-50 Architectural Speakers ] buy speakers. If you already have electrical boxes installed in your ceiling [roughing] these bezels will fit perfectly and screw on like any other light switch bezel. They easily support the weight of the speakers. It makes life easier but they are very expensive. I wouldn't want to mount these speakers in the ceiling without these panels. So choose your poison.

I had high hopes for this product but was disappointed when I opened the box. I ordered four and received enough screws for three. The screws that attach it to the ceiling are too short and had to go to the hardware store to get longer ones. Even if they do catch on the bracket, I'm not sure it's long enough to hold the speaker. I immediately ordered them in separate purchases because one seller had one in stock and another three. They said they would deliver same day but only got two in a box…
