Unfortunately the toner cartridge that was delivered was of poor quality. Worse still, we didn't put it in until the other one was full, so after the return time. So now we have a bad toner cartridge and we need a working one.

Be careful! I bought this toner as a "new" cartridge from a dealer in December 2015. I just installed it today (August 2016) and now there are yellow stripes on each side. This toner causes printed materials to become excessively yellow. It obviously doesn't live up to Lexmark standards, which is why it sells for half the price of other vendors. It saturates everything with a yellowish tint.
