Best you can get for PCV valves

I swap them out from time to time as preventive maintenance. If they stop bleeding you can blow the seal and if they get stuck you will burn the oil. So just change every few years. It's oem, you don't get better.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Obsolete model

Always choose OEM for such parts.

I used to fit aftermarket PCV which dramatically increased oil consumption. I replaced it with this OEM PCV for a lot less than what I would have paid at the dealer and it now runs great with less oil consumption.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Boring Pack

Genuine Lexus part at a great price

This part had a dealer tag and was genuine and cost less than I could find a non-genuine replacement at my local auto parts store. Apparently it fits perfectly. I couldn't be happier!

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Negative impression

A simple fix for older Lexus petrol vehicles

Cheap and takes work. Worked. Such a strange replacement. Installing this new one on my Lexus RX solved my oil problem. I had this problem every oil change, my car threw out a ton of gray smoke on start up and finally the oil light came on after a week so it's not a leak it's burning oil. This simple exchange was the solution. Light.

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • Overpriced

Why Not?: PCV Valves

PCV is one of the most overlooked items of routine maintenance and it can actually make a world of difference in your car's performance. When I first got my GX470 it had a very rough idle but acceleration was pleasantly subtle. In an agonizing attempt to figure out what's causing my rough idle, I've replaced spark plugs and ignition coils, and even upgraded the air cleaner to draw in cold air, but nothing could stop the shaking. Then it occurred to me that the PCV probably needed a new…

Pros
  • Very Good Value
Cons
  • It's OK
