Gentile Giant for Shop Tools

These are big mean tire levers. It's tough, tough, and withstands abuse like no other, while still being a gentle tool on rims, tires, and tubes. It's also beautifully finished.

Beautifully finished and looks like it will last a lifetime

I was looking for a pedal wrench to take with me when I travel (for tightening the pedals or adjusting the cantilever brakes) so I can get my big one can leave at home and stumbled across it. Beautifully finished and feels like it will last a lifetime. The price seems competitive so I'm happy with the camper.

Durable and functional.

My bike doesn't have a quick release so it replaces both the tire levers and the 15mm wrench I took with me. The quality is very good, weight 60 grams. A metal tire level has the advantage that a) it does not break and b) the bead can be made thinner and easier to fit under the tire. Since it doesn't break either, I only carry one, no need for a backup level. Overall a great product.

But on tour it's good to have a 15mm spanner in case you get into trouble; and if your wheels have nuts, and not eccentrics, such a wrench will come in handy even for repairing an apartment. The 15mm cone wrench is marginal in terms of strength. This one is short enough to fit in your toolbox and thick enough to be much stronger. The…
