The color looks good, suitable for gaming, I'm not a hardcore gamer but I've played it in Far Cry New Dawn on and off and it looks pretty good, no issues or complaints. When the monitor arrived, I excitedly opened the box. When reassembling, I found that two of the screws that attach the monitor to the chassis bracket were missing. I called customer service but found they can ship the material in 2 weeks which is not a good option. Especially for the price I'm very happy with this really widescreen monitor. It's a bit sad that it's very impractical for anything that prefers full screen (like gaming) and the black bars on videos are pretty boring. But what I bought it for: Open my book, website and spreadsheet without alt-tab, oh my god I love it. This will easily pay off in the performance increase I can get from it. and you have to turn around to see it in full screen.

This is my first ultrawide monitor and has replaced my 27 inch Apple display. I have owned this monitor for almost 2 years now. Advantages: Basically two monitors without a bezel. I can easily place two windows side by side without compromise. Thin frame Good color Cons: The stand shakes like crazy during normal use. When I type, the whole monitor shakes. The pixel density is striking. Not great at all. This is my biggest complaint about the monitor, but that's to be expected for the price. Overall good value for money.

The monitor came with a broken pixel, which is very annoying. It also had to be a black pixel in the top center of the screen. I had an older version of this monitor for 5 years and it never gave me any problems until lightning blew it out.

The overall rating would be 5 stars, however. An annoying piece of plastic packaging is wedged between the screen and the bezel.

I've been a fan of LG products for a long time. This monitor is wonderful. I have one at work and one at home. LG software is great for multi-window applications. Ease of use for any multitasking application.

Pretty good display, good firmware and resolution. Note that at 2550 x 1080 some things look bigger than they are, but it's still acceptable for gaming. I got it for performance which made it great. Just one HDMI port and one C port, including some tweaking if you want dual displays. All in all, this is a stunning screen if you like the ultra-wide.

This is a great budget ultrawide for developers. Split screen is really useful for CLI and debug tools. Thanks for attention!

The product images are deceptive, you can actually get the LG 29UM59A for 219 at Revain! There is no height adjustable stand.

You can split the screen in multiple ways, which is great for grading work, doing homework, and opening more than one website or even opening documents.

This monitor was very reasonably priced and worked well for my needs. I use multiple Windows 10 desktops with many apps open at the same time. To me, this 34" monitor is a much better form factor than the 2x22" monitors I've used before.

So I took a closer look before landing on this wide screen. In my price range I finally decided that the LG was the best fit, but then I was amazed at how many different models there were in just 34 inches! Why did I choose this model? I like the screen for the price I bought. Excellent image quality, works great in games. Lots of space to work and play. Strong and well built.

Great monitor, haven't tried FreeSync yet as I don't have an AMD card yet, but the colour/brightness/contrast is very good. I don't see any halos. I would recommend this monitor if you are looking for 1080p ultrawide.

Exactly what I thought, the only downside is that iTunes doesn't recognize it as an HD monitor and doesn't play HD DMR video content on it. If you just want more screen quality to work on screen, that's fine. or a photographer who doesn't have much need for perfect color calibration.

Absolutely phenomenal! My husband keeps buying new games to find the bug. THIS IS THE ONLY MINUS. LOL I'm shocked. Want it next for our bedroom "TV".
