Delivered 2 days early which is nice. It is in very good refurbished condition, can't say it has been used at all. It's 165Hz, the feel is amazing and smooth. Compare this to my old monitor, it seems to have a slightly greyish screen color and I had to fiddle with the screen settings to get the right result. Overall I like it, great price for this upgraded monitor.

I had a 24" LG monitor @ 1080p 144Hz and it was reliable. I upgraded to an Asus Tuf 27" 1440p. Still eat and love. I bought this 32" Ultragear and I think my Asus spoiled me , because the screen appears very dark and not so bright on this monitor. I'm using a dual setting and was planning on using Ultragear as the primary, but the colors seem to be too dark. I still use Asus Tuf as primary and this one is used for secondary purposes now. The screen suddenly started behaving, it looked like square pixels of black rain were appearing at the top of the screen.

I liked this monitor but my display port was broken and not receiving a signal. I sent it back for a full refund. Maybe you have better luck.

I was skeptical about buying a used monitor but it arrived in great/perfect condition and has amazing clarity. Long delivery!

I'm a bit in the bios because I have the same brand but a better resolution so I can really see the difference (but for the price it was doable). But overall the monitor is good. If you don't have a mega-large resolution screen, this is for you. It's on a really good schedule and it's clear how it can be. I had no problems with it or with the resolution.

I was pretty excited when I bought this monitor to see it was refurbished and threw away Revain and my gut started showing dead pixels after 4 days! There are other 1440p monitors at this price that are brand new. Do yourself a favor, do not purchase this item.

I can't say it has been updated. The monitor appears to be fine. There are no dead pixels or other issues and the picture combined with the NVIDIA graphics card is just fantastic.

I bought a refurbished one for 240 and was concerned that the monitor might look dented, scratched or just completely inoperable but was so happy that this monitor somehow came on it with all the plastic seals even with one on the screen which I had to clean . turned off, plugged in, I upgraded from 1080p and now I've been playing the last 16 hours on this new 1440p, 1440p 165hz WITH G SYNC? I switched from a 27" 1080 monitor to this 32" 2k monitor. I can't say anything bad about it. I knew I couldn't get better viewing angles or colors for the price. It's very hard to beat this monitor for all you can get for around $200.

Turning the screen off or putting it to sleep disconnects it completely from the computer, so it doesn't remember which screens had which windows when you turn them back on. Really very annoying

This so-called "updated" monitor will not turn on. Looks like I bought myself a headache because now I have to repack, load it into my car and drive a few miles to get this junk back. I'm seriously considering quitting Revain.

Final edit! This monitor has gotten better over time; A few months after I've had it, the colors are noticeably richer. It required a burn-in period, which is unusual for a monitor. I still manually set the color to 10-bit in the Nvidia control panel and use the OSD app to change it for work and play, but it's certainly better than the monitors I've always compared it to. After 10 minutes, vertical stripes appeared on the monitor and it was unusable. Tried other cables and computers. Did the same. Revain won't let you ship it back to Whole Foods, so you'll have to pay for return shipping. keep your boxes.

The product came with a sticker saying it was in the box and then checked for double sided tape. Paid for a new item, not a restocking.

I have no real complaints. good monitor In my opinion the perfect size. Reasonable price at the time of purchase. I received the open box version and it had all the parts and looked brand new (not even fingerprints).

The monitor is excellent. You already know it! You are wondering if it is safe to buy an updated product. I can say with confidence that you can here. MY screen flickered a bit when shipped, but customer service sent me a new power supply the same day. Now it works perfectly. Save money here. Just note that you may need a new power supply.
