I actually agree, but some others in the house feel the quality isn't up to scratch due to voices that are difficult to understand, albeit with an accent. Basically I bought this because I wanted an LG sound product to go with my LG TV. I didn't want to run into any sync issues, although LG OLED OS turns out to be actually pretty good for adding other brands' products. My only complaint is that the bass seems a little weak. If the TV is switched on but not used for several minutes, it goes into standby mode with a screen saver. Then this soundbar turns off. There are no settings for this. If you later wake up the TV, the soundbar will NOT turn on. You have to go through a tedious process (menu, down, down, down, down, right, right, right, select) to reinstall HDMI ARC. sucks.
