Tip: Before use, remove the plastic coating on both sides of each lens!

I was looking for a pair of plastic reading glasses that look stylish, have a protective case and nose pads that won't break or fall off. At first I felt like I got everything except it was terribly blurry and I had trouble reading with them. Thank goodness I reread the reviews that said the glasses come with protective plastic covers on either side of each lens. After removing them, I see clearly now. It would help if the plastic caps were said to be removed before use, rather than just…

Decent glasses very very comfortable

It's so convenient. I keep one in my purse, one on my bedside table and one next to my chair where I read or knit so I always know I have a pair when I need them. Yes, they're light and maybe a little flimsy, but I don't overuse them. I don't use them to open cans or drive nails in, and the hard plastic cases they come in keep them safe in a bag or pocket. So, with a little routine caution, there's no reason this can't continue for a while. I have much more expensive ones that didn't even last…

Absolutely amazed! It's good!

I didn't know what to expect when I ordered these but figured that given the low price I wouldn't take that much risk. I ordered 1.50 strength in a colorful striped pattern and hoped for the best. Well I'm shocked. No, they're not as good as $40 or $60 reading glasses, but they're great for light use. They are made of plastic - frames and lenses - and very light.
