Excellent when attached directly to the tree

Pretty hooks. I ended up using them to make coat hooks along decorative wooden slats. The screws are very short so for use as a bathroom part you will need to find longer screws that go through the drywall right into the stand. You shouldn't try drywall anchors because the screw holes are too close together.

Pros
  • Probationary period for one year
Cons
  • There are defects

Simple Coat Hook: Coat and Towel Hook

Pros: Durable Easy to install Affordable Cons: Short screws for some people have no problem. This is the right size for a bathrobe or towel. If you need to mount it to a wall, you will likely need longer screws to mount the 2x4 behind the drywall. Almost 2 years later and he's doing his job.

I paid less for this item today (two dollars with free shipping) than they are asking today, so I'm happy with it. It goes well with the fixtures in my bathroom. I installed this hook almost 2 years ago and it shows no signs of rust. It's a quality item and not one of those things that has metallic paint on it that peels off over time. Look carefully at the sizes, they are smaller than I expected. However, it gets the job done and works well in our home.

Strong and Comfortable Hooks

These hooks are great and we use them in many places around our home. In bathrooms, towels are not placed on the floor. They have our sweatshirts and jackets ready in our hallway. We have two towels ready in the kitchen, one for dishes and one for hands. In my closet they keep my hats and bags neat and tidy. I have backpacks and gym bags in the garage. Laundry bags are stored in my laundry room. These hooks are strong! My favorite way of using them is to attach a piece of stained or stained…

Nicely finished but small

The product itself is nicely finished and includes mounting screws. The only problem is that it is very small. I read the measurements in the description but was still surprised at how small it really is. The problem with the size arises when you mount it in drywall. If you use the appropriately sized drywall anchors, the base will barely cover the anchors. In addition, a small gap between drywall anchors can lead to breakage (breakthrough). Obviously this isn't a problem if you're mounting it…

  • Looks good
Cons
  • You could have chosen a newer model

Linger perfectly in the bathroom for towels.

Bought because we needed towel hooks. Put 2 in any bathroom and they'll hold up great. I screwed them into studs and they should hold up to 35 pounds. All we have on these hooks are large bath towels. The material is durable and looks just like the photos. The instructions are easy to read and all you need is a drill, screwdriver and pencil. Includes hook, 2 screws and instructions. You may need to purchase screw anchors if you can't find studs in the walls. The 35 lb test is for drilling this…

  • Consistent test results

Need a hook to hang the hair dryer

Our hair dryer kept falling off the counter and with a few hits the $90 hair dryer + hair dryer broke. I figured the cost of this hook would help ensure the new hair dryer didn't end up like the last one. This is a great hook for this application and the hook is very well made. This hook is built to last, the chrome finish is immaculate and comes with two chrome plated wood screws that are approximately 3/4 inch long. The two screws are the only mounting screws in the kit, there are no plastic…

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Not great if you can't bolt on

I prefer small towel hooks to towel rings in bathrooms and bought them for that purpose. The hooks themselves are exactly what I was looking for - small and simple. However, the logistics of the installation were a problem. Of course, because I had to mount them in specific spots that weren't occupied, I couldn't get a secure fit. The screws are too long for drywall, so the hooks are loose. Drywall anchors are not suitable because the screw holes are too close together. I could get shorter…
