Liberty products are terrible. Your customer service is even worse. I bought an LE51A pump 4 years ago, the float switch failed and flooded my basement. $15,000 in damages. I bought another one a few months ago to replace the old one, it broke. Luckily I had backup pumps that worked. Called Liberty to get a replacement. Received a month and a half ago, installed for use. I found that when the pump is running a huge jet of water shoots out of the gap in the center section of the pump (where the bolts hold the top and bottom of the pump together), I struggled to tighten the bolts but it didn't work, apparently the missing one Gasket in the middle of the gap or broken at the factory.
