The straw doesn't really work (I understand it should be fully open, but it doesn't really work if it's also open too wide), bad straw smell which defeats the purpose of the glass bottle.I contacted customer service and they sent me a new cap but were quite rude and sent me a completely wrong look.

If you have children, I recommend baby bottles. They also have wine glasses and smaller versions that make the perfect spill-proof tumblers. Straw cap did not work for long. It worked fine for a month and then stopped. I didn't drop it or damage it. I had to buy another cap.

They sent me a 22 ounce bottle of raspberries. Instead of sending it back and waiting for the right bottle, I just let the raspberry sit. I love it but wanted the blue one with a straw for my son.

This is a great idea for a product but unfortunately like many reviews it has flaws. My water bottle's handle could have been better. It came off when I dropped it and broke it. After the first day, the flip top began to whistle and I couldn't get much water when sipping through the straw. Other reviews say the straw should be cut shorter.
