🔍 Lifetime Appliance 240338001: Frigidaire & Kenmore Refrigerator Door Bin Shelf Rack – Compatible and Durable Review

I am updating my original review as this bin broke after less than a year. Part of the problem is Fridgidaire's design. The container is supported on both sides by a very thin piece of plastic. At the slightest bump it breaks immediately. The replacement works well for the top shelf but ends up being no cheaper than the official part if I have to order it every year.

When I called Fridgidare and several other companies that claimed to stock all fridge parts I found Lifetime Appliances at Revain. Most websites had what I needed, but they never provided specific measurements. Lifetime Appliances provided all the details of the part and it was exactly what I needed. It arrived in 4 days and fits perfectly. Thank you for the great service.

We were so pleased to find door shelves for both of our fridges. We bought three for two different fridges which means the original design and materials are poor but being able to replace them rather than buying new fridges was ideal. At the same time, $25 for a door tray seems expensive given that they're still poorly designed and made out of plastic. But they fit and support the products we keep on the shelf, so I'm happy.

Our middle shelf broke a year or two ago and we only used the top and bottom while the middle was empty. I can't tell you how excited I am to have this shelf back! It changed the whole organization of our fridge and made it much better and more organized. I laughed at how rich and fashionable we are now with our fully functional fridge. But seriously, it works. The quality seems to be better than originally. I'm such a lucky mom! 😂
