Totally impressed with the quality, functionality and aesthetics of this cat hammock! I'll get another one for our other window.

I bought this on a whim and I'm so glad I did! That's great. Looks good and my cats love it. I'm pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it is. Installation wasn't terrible, but it wasn't exactly easy either. But that's a good thing, because this is a study and it's not being ripped out of the wall.

The only issue I had with this item was my two youngest children fighting over who would use it. Now I have to buy another one. Currently it only hangs on the door with hooks above the door. I wanted to make sure it's being used before I change anything on the hardware to install it and pick a permanent location. It would be more stable with a better mount.

I liked this accessory because it looks like a room decoration, only it serves as a sleeping place for our cat. It was a little tricky figuring out how to get the bottom of the hammock to lie flat instead of leaning forward. I'm still not sure I made it the way the instructions suggested, but it's straighter than it was and looks nice. i really like it

As mentioned in most other reviews, the installation hardware provided doesn't work for most walls, they are cement dowels. I went out and bought a large, heavy duty $2 hook from Home Depot, drilled a pilot hole in the bolt and just used it. Works perfectly. As for the hammock itself, my cat loves it! Update: I bought some wall anchor hooks from Walmart and ended up hanging the cat bed. The kittens love it. One of them is a bit difficult to balance and get off as the base is quite wobbly but they love their new perch. I'm sure my black kitty will try to chew through the ropes hanging below. Liked the quality of the hammock but it didn't come with any major accessories just a giant 2" diameter closed loop component. A. Obviously I'm not going to drill a 2" hole in my wall, B.
