Very strong: shock absorbers, struts and suspension

Installation was literally instantaneous. Perhaps our 2001 Escape has too much lift - the tailgate lifts itself when not latched and takes some effort to close. Ready for the next 20 years!

Works great!: raise legs

Great job, clamp is a bit difficult to move and install but clamps are receding, unreliable hold. Had no idea how bad the old ones were where they were installed. The tailgate of the 2012 Ford Escape opens easily.

very easy to assemble and great quality.

I am very pleased with the purchase of two rear liftgate shock absorbers, for my 2008 Ford Escape XLT they went very light and were made of very good metal and the price was fantastic. I would recommend everyone to buy them that fit their cars.

Fits perfectly. Easy installation. 2009 Ford Escape

All it takes is a small flathead screwdriver to loosen the existing clips. old shock absorbers (bare hands) first assemble the upper part, then, when lowering the tailgate, snap the lower part into place. Work 5-10 minutes.
