My old shelves were sagging and I had to help lift the back door. I just installed them and got immediate results. The back door opens easily and my wife is the happiest of them all.

My husband installed it quickly, although the first one was difficult, but once he figured it out there were no problems. They work great! So good that my tailgate lifts slightly again.

The old ones were made. I replaced them with these in about 10 minutes from start to finish. They work great and the back door is like new now - I don't have to worry about it falling on my head when it's open.

They are smaller in diameter than factory but seem to hold up ok. Didn't realize how worn the old ones were and the tailgate nearly punched me in the face for opening so quickly.

We have a 2006 Honda Odyssey Van and we haven't been able to use our trunk for a while because it wouldn't stay open. My husband did a little research and found this product. The trunk works great again (which is very important for 4 children under 9)! Thanks!

My husband replaced our old ones a few weeks ago and now we have to make sure we take a step back by opening the back. Very spring! And there is a lot of resistance when closing the tailgate. I'm sure it will get easier over time but for now they are definitely doing what they are supposed to do!
