I have a toggle switch on the wall that needs to be on at all times for the remote ceiling fan to work. I kept turning the toggle switch off unintentionally. They are exactly as pictured and work with the standard screws in the switch cover. They are made of hard plastic with little texture. I'm pretty sure they were 3D printed. They are great for a garage, attic, shed etc. You get 4 of these for the price but I would have preferred smoother plastic and a nicer look for the space I had in mind.
