Plug pins aren't the best and sometimes you have to poke them a bit with a screwdriver to get the socket end to fit properly.

Works perfectly. You're just a little touchy. Every time my dog gets under my patio and pulls out the cords, I have to replace the adapter with a new one because the pins on the inside are bent and you can't just plug them back in. They are not intended for abuse!

I ordered two of these and 4 of them don't work at all on one of them. I needed 8 ports total so luckily I had enough, but they all have to work independently.

I used two of these sockets on Trex vertical lights. They are a bit rubbery and I bent the pins 3 times so be careful. I highly recommend screwing them in after you connect all the pin ends. I installed the hubs just below the deck board for added water protection.
