LEDs dim poorly

I don't know how everyone else feels, but LED spotlights (floodlights) simply dim poorly. I revert to regular flooding for these applications. Otherwise, I'm for LEDs as the energy savings are significant.

Pros
  • LED lamps
Cons
  • old

Could you pay us to use them again? Rejected line of GE LED lamps.

GE sold those horrible lightbulbs and vastly improved its competing line of 'relaxing' lamps. Half of them barely survived two years with moderate use. The excitement of years 2 and 3 made everyone hate them. It was such a waste of time and effort to change them. Very bad quality.

Pros
  • Lightbulbs
Cons
  • Fade out

LEDs just don't dim very well

I don't know about everyone else, but LED spotlights (ducts) just dim badly. I revert to regular flooding for these applications. Otherwise, I'm for LEDs as the energy savings are significant.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
