Waste Computer Accessories and Peripherals

If I could give 0 stars I would. I received the product, plugged it in and instead of seeing a reflection of my phone's screen, I was prompted to install an app and scan a QR code. which does not include screen mirroring. I turned it off as I was very upset at the time.

Garbage Computers and accessories

iPad does not feel this. Neither loading nor video output work. Complete garbage. Unfortunately I didn't use it until after the return period had expired, otherwise I would have simply sent it back. My fault is a waste of money.

Don't waste your time and money!

Don't waste your time and money! All the major streaming apps I've tried to watch stop working once the device connects to the adapter. Hulu, Prime, Netflix, Disney+ and YouTube. With my old adapter, which was a genuine Apple product, I was able to watch all of these applications with it.

Piece of junk - do not buy

I bought one of these 3 years ago and it worked like a charm. I bought another one 4 weeks ago and it didn't work so I tried again 3 weeks ago by ordering from "another company" on Amazon. I got the EXACT SAME ITEM from "another company" and it didn't work either. That's cheating!

Connection not new: DVI-HDMI adapter

Scratches all over the white case received and noticed. Everything looks like scratches on an Apple computer charger and a white Android charger kept in and out of a backpack. This item is NOT NEW. In addition, the lightening microcompound shows signs of wear. This product never worked, I tried 3 different high quality HDMI cables and nothing matches this adapter exactly. A pointless waste of time. Unfortunately, I can get one for the same price as an actual certified apple.

Excellent but not great

Projection quality is excellent BUT it rarely seems to work. Not just a specific application. It needs updating but the QR app takes you to a really useless ID. I can no longer connect to my TV or project/DVD player. It's only been 3 months.

Probably stealing your data

When unpacking, you can tell that the build quality was abysmal. Honestly I'm not even a picky person because you get what you pay for but it seemed to me that after one use it would fall apart. After turning it on, it got even worse. A screen with a QR code to scan appeared. I couldn't read anything on the site and wasn't trying to steal my identity with a QR code so I didn't scan it lol. It does the job of mirroring my phone but at this price point I suggest you just buy the official Apple…
