I love this tent. I have their previous model and love how they improved this tent. Improved door position. The rain vestibule seems to have more space for gear, or the layout keeps your gear out of the way of storing it in the raincoat. A storage bag with a zipper and handles is better in my opinion. All in all a tent with the best design at a great price!

Fast delivery! Very light weight and easy to set up. We installed it in the living room for practice and testing. Can't wait to camp with it! With additional stakes (heavy rakaia stakes!) and slings. Only gave 4 stars because it wasn't "field tested". Updated after field testing: my 11 year old installed it himself and had a great weekend. Camping in this tent! Now my second son wants his own.

Excellent lightweight tent that easily packs into the outside pocket of a backpack when camping. It was very quick and easy to set up with a single pole assembly. We had 2 days of constant rain and wind during the night hours and the tent held up great. Definitely waterproof! It was between 30 and 30 degrees every night and I stayed dry and warm inside. Excellent value for money and quality. I would definitely recommend this tent and would buy it again.

Again, Rakaia Designs goes above and beyond. This tent meets all the requirements I have set for a single tent. Super light, vestibule, easy and quick to assemble and disassemble, and enough space to sit upright. I will be buying another one for my other son soon as they will be fighting over this one. When this tent arrived I was really surprised at how small it was in a carry bag. Its dimensions are only 15 inches in diameter. PERFECT to pack in my backpack along with my sleeping bag and sleeping pad and leave the inside of the backpack for all other essentials. The tent was extremely easy to set up. a minute of your time and it's furnished and ready to move into! I ordered from Revain instead of Rakaia to save costs. My purchase came from China, which got me thinking about the quality. I can't tell if all Rakaia tents are made in China, Rakaia doesn't reply to my email. The tent came as expected, rain cover, tent body, guy ropes, tent poles and stuff sack. Wow I'm really impressed with this little tent. It's insanely light, has a nice bright orange color and the quality seems very good. There is an extra thread here and there, but almost every new tent has it. The rain cover has taped seams, the bottom also has taped seams in the corners. My only concern is that there is no seam tape between the top of the tent and the bottom of the tent, which I pointed out in one of the photos.
