The suction power is good, very easy to take out of the box and use immediately.

I love this machine, I live in a two story house and I needed a vacuum that I can get into corners, crevices, under closets, on all the stairs, carpets and bare floors without having to unplug it change outlets. I have an open floor plan that leads from the living room up 20 steps to the common room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room; The cord never got tangled, got stuck under furniture, or made me hang up. Very impressed, great suction

I've been looking for the right vacuum cleaner backpack for my 3 story house for quite some time. Then I was a bit nervous when I bought a new one and only had one review (at the time of purchase). Very happy with it. Of course, the most important thing for me was the suction power, and this is probably one of the most powerful vacuums I've ever owned. Great vacuum for tall people no carpet

I'm guessing this vacuum was designed by people who are six feet tall or taller and never vacuumed their grandparents' house full of flimsy knick-knacks and china cabinets. If you're 5ft 4ft, the big, rather stiff hose that comes out of the top of the vacuum is spinning like crazy, blowing things off tables and shelves and constantly hitting you in the head. The floor nozzles have tubes about 5 inches in diameter with no handle. If you have small hands, it is very difficult to operate the floor

Good suction power. Annoying flaws.

Update: After over a year of use, my frustration was overwhelming. Vacuum cleaner is good, cleaning is good. But what about the hose? It sticks out at the top, like I do on a Ghostbuater, and rotates in such a way that I either get hit in the head every time it extends, or it rotates behind the body and I briefly reach . The hose is not long and does not drape. It stands out like I'm Dan Akroid limping around the house tearing pictures off walls and bumping into door frames. And the metal rod…
