I don't like that the vacuum cleaner gets very hot when I'm lying on my back, it gets hot after 30 minutes. The only thing I like about the vacuum cleaner is the smaller bag.

Excellent customer service. And overall a great company. But this product is not a top-of-the-line commercial vacuum cleaner. I bought 5 vacuum cleaners and after using 2 fully charged on several contracts you notice that the vacuum cleaner design has significant flaws.
