Poor quality and very noisy. One of the legs broke off before it was wrapped so I had to snap off the rest of the legs to make it lay flat. He shuffled the cards, but very loudly (the noise is comparable to an ice cream blender). Would definitely not recommend this.

Thought it would make life easier for my disabled husband. On the contrary, it just confused me. Would only make a huge racket but never worked right out of the box. Given as a gift and after 6 people tried to get it to work we finally gave up. Too late to send it back for a refund as I was waiting for our anniversary to give it to him. Big disappointment for both of us and wasted money.

This product is unwanted. It didn't even work right out of the box. Everything was deceptive. The packaging says you need 2 "C" batteries when you actually need 2 double AA batteries. The plastic legs were broken so it doesn't sit properly on the table. The feeder for one side of the cards works for a shuffle, but then does not return to its original position, preventing the cards from passing through the shuffler.

I bought this because I never knew how to shuffle cards and thought it would make shuffling more accurate and easier after every cribbage deal. nope Even if the deck is split evenly, one side will shuffle while the other occasionally spits a card into the deck. It's also very loud and sounds like you're grinding metal. It came in the original packaging with only one shipping label and has two torn spots.

This was advertised with 2 decks: 1 deck of playing cards, 1 deck of Uno cards. The Uno deck was missing. I would have returned it for that reason, but I hosted a poker night. I've been looking for a card shuffler that can shuffle Uno cards for a long time. Most shuffle cards will not shuffle Uno cards due to their thickness. This car is amazing! Shuffles two decks in seconds. Yes it is noisy but who cares! The battery compartment for AA batteries is difficult to open. I just used a small flathead screwdriver to pry the ends out with no problem. And the extra deck of cards was a bonus. Great machine for such a low price!
