We’ve had fidget balls with the goo, or gel beads inside. Eventually those pop and break, making a mess or destroying whatever they spill on. This is a cool product however, it is super hard. I did expect the magnets to be hard, but I thought the plastic shell surrounding them would be a bit softer. It’s kind of hard to squeeze. This wouldn’t be intended for younger children not only because of the lack of grip strength, but also because of the magnets. If this shell breaks they would become a hazard I like the colors. I like the idea. My 11 year old will find it cool.

We got two of those. One multicolor and another silver. It squeezes ok, maybe a tad too stiff for my taste. I think my 5 year old might have a harder time squeezing it. Both colors function the same. I will be using these as a stocking stuffer this Christmas. Definitely not for 3 and under year olds. The rubber ball can break and you will have tiny loose magnets out.

My daughter keeps stealing mine and i know she will love this. I don't think this would be good for smaller kids. She likes to steal my fidgets when i'm not paying attention but this one consistently goes missing. This reminds me of some Speks magnets i have only this is wrapped in the silicone ball which i think adds to it and at least for now reduces the risk of losing individual magnets accidentally.
