Great service and good customer support

The best thing about limecall, it's easy to use with all of my clients! I love that you can call anyone in your database or even people who are not part of their contact list as well!! You also get an option for voicemail which makes contacting prospects so much easier than having someone pick up at home every time we try calling from another number (which happens quite often). It would be nice if there were some way like emailing back & forth instead because sometimes phone conversations take…

  • Also very efficient customer service reps they truly go above and beyond what others do.
  • Very affordable pricing compared most providers' standard rates..We will recommend them again :)

Great way keeping organized and communicating efficiently

The best thing about limecall was that it allowed me to have my own business without having an office or employees, which I think helps with saving money in some ways as well! Sometimes there are problems where you can't access your account easily if its late at night/early morning for example but overall everything has been good so far- not much dislike really!! You do save lots of time because all communication happens through this app rather than emailing back n forth etc.- saves loads off…

  • I like how easy it is to use, especially when it comes to scheduling calls and managing call campaigns
Cons
  • I dislike how expensive the prices seem compared to competitors like bluefrog

Using CapsuleCRM our business grew exponentially

The ability to track all of my past clients with ease, as well as be able to follow up in real time! It makes it so much easier for me since I have an assistant who can manage everything from scheduling appointments through reminders. There are some minor bugs that need fixing but nothing major. If you're looking into this software make sure your team has experience using CRM's because there will inevitably be issues if not used properly. We were having difficulty getting people scheduled…
