Very good vertical GPU mount but quite expensive

Well I've wanted to mount my Zotac 3080ti holo amp vertically for a long time, it was the only one that had a PCIe 4 vertical cable with a bracket. I will say when I got it in the mail the box wasn't sealed with tape or anything so someone could just take it out of the box. Luckily everything came in the box, installation was pretty easy anyway, I just had to relocate the PCI cables which wasn't a big deal. Fits very well in my Lian Li O11D case, I've noticed that it still sags when I put the…

Very overpriced, screws come out almost immediately

I love that it comes with a PCIE4.0 interface but that's where my happy feelings end. The instructions are very, very sparse, but for the most part sufficient to understand. They should say more clearly: hey, you need to cut the back of the case to make room for the cables. I knew this, but it's not clear in the instructions that this should happen. The screws that come with it are of poor quality. I tried installing the shackle brace which is another thing that isn't explained at all and the…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Ok not great

I don't think there has ever been a perfect vertical mount, each has its drawbacks, this one probably stands above many of them. I've had 3 different cards in my PC on this mount, all pretty big and chunky and it's been pretty good. Positive: Looks good, fits easily into my o11 speaker, adapter cable didn't cause me any problems either. At the moment I believe linkup is the only company that has a 4.0 vertical cable that works without problems. I really like that it has vent cutouts and doesn't

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • So far so good

It worked, but be careful.

Does the product work? Yes, that's right. It's study, but nothing extreme. It has a lot of play when you click on it. I used this with a 3080 TI with a 1.5 slot cooler. It's big and the amount of wiggle room I had in a typical install seemed ridiculous. So I bought that. Buyers beware, the description doesn't mention this, but it doesn't have enough depth from the back of the case to where you usually connect your graphics card. So if you have a case with fins that don't open fully, you'll cut…

Pros
  • High marks for tester support and durability
Cons
  • Generally OK, but...

I bought this item to mount my GPU vertically. I was interested in the structure and whether the PCIe Version 4.0 adapter cable is valid and not just false advertising. The fastener is made of durable metal and the PCIe adapter is easy to install. Looking into GPU-Z after installation still recognized my RTX 3070 as a PCIe x16 4.0 device. I ran some 3D Mark tests and there was no difference in performance. There are 4 screws in total, two large screws are for the PCIe riser card and two smaller

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • disappears
